Privacy Policy

How Velnox Wear collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

1. Who we are

Velnox Wear is a private-label apparel manufacturer. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you submit to us directly:

  • Enquiry and quotation forms: your name, company or brand name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product interest, estimated quantity, message and any file you attach.
  • Catalog requests: your name, email address, country and category interest.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and the page an enquiry was submitted from. This is used for security, spam prevention and to understand how the site is used.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, produce and deliver your order, keep records required for accounting, and — where you have asked for it — send occasional manufacturing updates.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising.

4. Files you upload

Tech packs, artwork and reference images you upload are used only to assess and produce your order. They are treated as confidential and are shared only with the production team working on your project.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact so we can pick up conversations where they left off. Records connected to a placed order are retained for as long as required by accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with suppliers and logistics partners involved in fulfilling your order, and with service providers that host this website or deliver our email. These parties are required to protect your information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

7. Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we have no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

9. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies required for it to function, including a session cookie and a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Contact

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us through the contact page.
